EdSys is a platform, which amalgamates the activities of various schools under the same management. All the control information can be centrally monitored. The system also enables the exchange of knowledge and the rollout of knowledge from a central location. The software is web based & is therefore capable of being accessed from anywhere.

It manages the creation & management of content repository, collation of content elements for roll out of specific learning capsules, multiple modes of learning, evaluation of learning and finally the control on learning. EdSys has many functionalities which requires varied experience levels. EdSys is divided into multiple services that can be allocated to different users. Approver hierarchies can be defined. This is in addition to the reporting hierarchy, which allows viewing of the tasks and the status of tasks carried out on the level below.
