With 27 years of experience,
is the former vice President of AVT McCormick Ingredients and Owens Brockway.
He is a multifaceted corporate Manager. He has spearheaded setting/running
many businesses viz; sugar, chemicals, glass containers, spice, and computer/ups/battery
industries in India as well as in Africa. An accomplished Corporate Manager
in the field of operations and financial restructuring of businesses,
Reghu has proven record of converting businesses into well managed, high
profit enterprises. He is the product of the prestigious Management Institute
- the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore..(IIM).
In the 20 years of his chequered career , Reghu has been in senior corporate
positions. He has established many systems for cost control and productivity
improvement. In addition, he has done pioneering work in creation of winning
teams to make many a business turned around and become profitable.
Presently working as a freelance consultant from India, he provides guidance
to many companies and businesses. Reghu guides Webyfy in the formulation

Former Director and CIO
of GE Power Controls, India, has wide-ranging exposure to manufacturing
as well as software industry. He has a vast experience/exposure to international
business especially in Europe and US. Vijay has added qualifications and
studies to keep in track with the growing changes & needs in his chosen
field of work. He has to his credit scores of papers presented in the
international and national venues.
Vijay is the CEO of Webyfy Infotech Pvt Ltd, and is one of the product
architects of Webyfy. He is also the President, Unwiredconnect Technologies
Pvt Limited and Strategic Consultant to Infon Global solutions, Malaysia.
He has successfully implemented six-sigma based IS and Plant Management
processes for GE Power Control India, significantly enhancing operational
efficiencies. He also established GE Power Controls Offshore Development
Centre for outsourcing of CAD and engineering projects to India. Implemented
design automation systems resulting in very high degree of saving in manpower.
He established the European market for a billing solution and had been
a business process consultant for a European fortune 500 bank for implementing
billing system. During his days with national Oil Company in India, he
developed and implemented several systems for HRM, Maintenance Management,
Materials management as well as managing mega offshore Oil field projects.
Vijay has a strong business and administration background and multifaceted
expertise in the engineering, finance and legal domain with global majors. |

| Rajesh Iyer |
Iyer is a practising Consultant in the e-HR area. He has over 10
years of Generalist HR and HRIS experience in several industries including
manufacturing, services, retail, IT and telecom. Currently based out of
UK, he has extensive experience in HR and HR systems in the US, Europe,
India and Far East. He has worked for various blue-chip organizations
like the Dow Chemical Company, Kmart Corporation, NTL Inc., DHL Worldwide
Express and Siemens Corporation. He acquired his post graduation in Management
from the prestigious HR Management Institute, XLRI Jamshedpur in India.
Rajesh is an accomplished Trainer / Facilitator, and has run numerous
workshops to impart Trainer and Facilitator skills for developing and
delivering skill / concept based training as well as experiential learning
programmes using structured methodologies.
Rajesh has extensive experience as a Project manager and Functional Consultant
in the implementation, optimization and upgrade of several versions of
the PeopleSoft HRMS suite of applications.
He also has significant experience in designing and implementing e-HR
systems including a Learning Management system, online performance management
systems, e-Hiring systems etc. He is also skilled in HR Planning and Budgeting,
Organization Development, Recruitment & Selection, Job Analysis &
Evaluation, Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations.
Rajesh is the CEO of the UK division of Webyfy. He helps Webyfy formulate
business development strategies and provides inputs for product design
and development. He also provides consulting for implementation of the
products of Webyfy. |

| Meera Nair |
Has over eight years of
experience as a practising HR professional of multiple dimensions. She
has wide-ranging experience in setting up /re-engineering HR functions
in organisations in several companies in the Manufacturing, Information
Technology and Health Care industries. Having worked in the US, UK and
India, Meera has in-depth knowledge on Employment Law and Labour Regulations
in these countries and has been consulting for several organizations in
recruitment especially of overseas employees. She acquired her post graduation
in Management from the prestigious HR Management Institute, XLRI Jamshedpur
in India.
As the President of an out-sourcing company in the US, Meera set up HR
systems and ensured compliance with all stipulations of the US Government.
She has also set up the HR function in a number of start-up organizations
in software and health care. Meera is an accomplished trainer specialising
in the areas of imparting skills in leadership & team-building, communication
& conflict resolution and selection & interviewing skills.
Meera is the Director of the UK division of Webyfy. She helps Webyfy to
formulate business development strategies in Europe and provides inputs
for product design and development in addition to providing consultancy
in implementing application of products of Webyfy.
