WTalk has two distinct modules viz; the web based Activation File creation system and the hardware interfacing Activation File execution engine. There are multiple methods of fail safe, practices implemented. The product has undergone scores of rounds of testing using hundreds of test cases. Therefore, the probability of software failure is almost non existent.
However, there can be occasions where users may face situations like power, hardware or connection failures or O/S components failures or such conditions which may result in data and configuration loss. WTalk has built in systems to minimize the data loss and prevent loss of configuration details. There are multiple means and they are made known in the diagrams given below. The system is designed to facilitate quick recovery with minimum down time.
There is a major built in diagnostic facility to trouble shoot at the lowest level of thread operations. This system logger is activated by the Administrator and it creates logs during run time. This log can be analyzed for details at the IVR lab at Webyfy.
