WTalk is an integrated system and has the capability to interact and exchange data with varied systems.
The process of creation of an IVR system is shown below. The process is shown as a serial set of incidents but in practice many actions may take place in parallel and need not flow the sequence shown. Each element is discussed with respect to the facilities WTalk provides for cost reduction and bettering the return on investment.

Conceptualization
The IVR Activation Files can be created in stages from a web Portal provided by Webyfy. The idea can be evolved in steps with collaboration facility provided by WTalk. The IVR Activation File created is pictorially represented as a process flow for easy understanding by a domain expert. This reduces the risk of costly errors due to improper understanding and communication. The system can undergo significant changes in this stage.

WTalk provides the facility to route the Activation File in its graphical form to appropriate approvers for their comments facilitating greater participation and a higher "buy-in" from the team. This helps in pooling talent and brings in success.

WTalk has built in reports which provide in-depth details on the resource requirement to make the system operational reducing the probability for errors due to lack of resources and hence a shorter development cycle.
