WTalk has simple and effective IVR process creation procedure. The system facilitates the definition of Activation Files as it happens during an interaction with a User. The interface is web based and the defined flow of the Activation File is represents pictorially. All the information required is asked by the system and hence no element is missed out during the operation.
The system has the facility to generate reports on the Activation File detailing the resource configurations. This report tells the user about the missed out configuration elements. The out put Activation File can be created only after all the information is filed in. The term "resource" implies the information, software or voice files required to make any action in the Activation File operational.

The WTalk Execution Engine executes the operation which may be an out going or an incoming call as per the set conditions. Multiple Activation Files can be loaded to the engine. Each port in the CTI board can be configured with a different Activation File. This enables simultaneous running of multiple Activation Files in the same machine.
All calls and actions are logged. The log analyzer provides various reports from the log files. WTalk also has a built in diagnostic log generator to obtain logs of all internal actions on a thread level and communication between various modules with in the software. This helps in diagnosis of the software in case of a failure. The analysis is carried out in the IVR lab of Webyfy.
