WTalk is designed to provide maximum facilities to the user to create IVR Activation Files quickly with minimum resources. The system also enables the user to create the Activation Files with practically no programming assistance. WTalk has two independent systems.

| The Activation File generation engine enables the creation of IVR Activation Files and the associated instruction sets. |

The WTalk Execution Engine accepts the Activation Files and the associated software. It integrates them with the CTI Hardware and external databases or applications to execute the IVR functionality as per design.
