WTalk is designed for the creation of IVR Activation Files by domain experts and to interface with external systems with minimal assistance from software professionals. The system has two distinct modules; one for the creation of the Activation File and the other for the execution of the same.
Activation File Creation Facility   WTalk Activation Files Execution Engine

The Activation File creation process is the phase in which the process of operation the IVR system is defined. Various items like sound file, connection to data base and the respective validations/updating/fetching of data etc are also defined. This stage enables the creation of software to transact information with external systems. The main facilities and features of this module are as follows.
Create an IVR process flow in stages as decided by the User and be editable as required.
The process tree is represented in a graphic form for better understanding and ease of manipulation.
The process is created on a simple web interface with drag & drop and simple pop-up data capture interface.
The following actions can be created /added to the IVR process:
»  Create incoming or out going call Activation Files
»  Create conditions for initiation of out going calls
»  Identification of the incoming number through Caller Identification
»  Store the incoming /out going numbers, Date and Time of call for any further down stream processing
»  Play a wav file (Both Static and Dynamic selections)
»  Barge in - allow or disallow
»  Accept key press
»  Key time out
»  Record voice
»  Play Text through TTS
»  Convert voice to Text through ASR
»  Phoneme input facility into ASR engine
»  Interchange between ASR and DTMF
»  Process fly back to a previous action node (Go To a previous node)
»  Define parallel actions wherever necessary
»  Process Errors can be redirected to specific actions
»  Send Fax
»  Call forward
»  Call conferencing
»  Conditional Branching of a node according to various parameters (Dynamic and Static)
»  Connect to external systems through built in APIs and procedures
The system generates reports on the completion status of the actions and the resources required to make the process
     unambiguous to the user.
The process can be very long and complex therefore testing can be a challenge. The system provides reports on all test paths
     for error free operation.
The system has built-in a custom database creation facility and uses the elements of this database to enforce conditions
     in the process actions.
The system allows the creation of conditional branching to multiple actions depending on the operational external
     parameters.
A separate Software programmer Interface is provided for getting the programming resources and inputting information about
     communication with external systems.
WTalk Activation Files Execution Engine image
WTalk Activation Files Execution Engine is designed for execution of business or operational logic built into the Activation File. This also enables communication with external systems to process required data or initiate specific actions as per definition in the Activation File. The system has the following functionalities and features:
Works on Analog & Digital lines (Analog, ISDN PR1, BRI etc) and VOIP connections
Accepts the Activation Files for the IVR, external processes and other related activities
  Validates the input Activation Files
Automatically identifies the Hardware and its configuration
Each port on the Hardware can be allocated to a specific Activation File
Tests the external connections and the information exchange process
Gives real time status reports on the calls received at each port and the actions executed
Provides the log reports on the calls and its history for each caller
It has built in system level diagnostic system which logs information at the thread level in the execution engine.
This log can be analyzed at the IVR lab of Webyfy to trouble shoot.
Any number of external connections can be created to assist in Activation File execution
Integrates with standard TTS and ASR engines
Carries out call forwarding to an external telephone or a VOIP. Can also do call conferencing
The engine interfaces with external systems using DCOM and/or SOAP
Has the capability to connect to other systems in LAN or Internet through normal or secure connections
