Course Management
The Course management feature in KNOWS has many sub divisions. The system has very detailed features in each of these functional aspects. The main focus is to facilitate & assess the knowledge transfer process.

Course Creation |
|
Authorized persons can create detailed course and its content. A facility to import and edit the details from another course has been provided. KNOWS, is an efficient self learning system where subsequent roll out requires minimum time and resources.

Scheduling |
|
The course can be rolled out with more than one schedule. Once this is done it can be rolled out in multiple time frames.
|
|
Course Administrators |
|
A course can be created by a set of people different from the administrators. This feature enables centralized course creation and roll out.

Allocation |
|
The courses are allocated to targeted participants. A list of participants is selected using the rule engine. The rule selection engine helps to create multiple complex rules of selection of participants, based on participant attributes.

Monitoring |
|
An extensive monitoring system to understand the learning pattern of students has been built-in. The articles read status, test completion status, student / participant diary etc can be seen by the teachers.

Evaluation |
|
On completion of an activity the student can be evaluated automatically, if the questions attempted have predefined answers. Other wise, the teacher is notified to carry out the evaluation.

Consolidation and reporting |
|
KNOWS automatically consolidates the results of an evaluation and creates a report. Multitudes of reports, or custom reports can be created using the report generator provided according to requirement.
