The main intent of the WTalk frame work is to reduce cost and time for implementation. Webyfy has created a facility to host the IVR applications for a customer. One can rent a set of telephone lines for a period of time or buy call minutes. This nullifies the CAPEX and reduces OPEX. The hosting infrastructure can also be used to host a beta IVR system before roll out in an expensive CTI environment.
